High-speed edge position detector for precise alignment measurement of film and sheet materials
-Optical edge sensor (transmissive/reflective options)

Key Features -A dedicated sensor system that detects the edge position of continuous materials (film, paper, metal foil, etc.) used in the production process in real time and accurately identifies the alignment
-Based on precision optical sensors and high-speed computational algorithms, the material position can be automatically corrected in conjunction with EPC (Edge Position Control) by detecting left-right bias of the film

-Provides high-speed response to film position changes and ±μm-class resolution
-Can cope with both transparent/opaque/partially transparent materials
-Customizable sensor head and controller for installation location and conditions
