Key Features -PET 필름 슬리팅 또는 절단 공정 이후, 절단면(Edge)에 발생하는 이물 부착, 잔여물(Burr), Edge 손상 등을 고해상도로 검사하는 전용 장비
-절단된 필름의 엣지 영역은 후공정(라미네이팅, 적층, 권취 등)에서 품질 문제 및 설비 오염의 주요 원인으로 전용 검사 시스템은 매우 중요

Key Features -Detect local defects such as burr (remaining chips, abrasion pieces), foreign body attachment, tear, etc
-Selectively inspect film left/right edge sections for maximum efficiency
-Sampling inspection after slitting
-Break the film edge position by region to analyze the defect trend by region
-Save defect result data to determine film quality and utilize defect cause analysis
-Provide a microscope camera to accurately identify detected defects with microscope images
